We all, most probably, think that anger is bad and it's very important for us to control it and then decrease it.
I also thought the same when I saw Sandeep Maheswari’s videos about Anger. I changed my perspective to see Anger.
Some researches show that anger generates motivation in you. This motivation is needed for Success.
But it’s in your hand, how you use it.
When you’re angry in your career about a Problem. Congratulations, you’ve got a task to do.
Brands like Nike, Zoom, Airbnb, and many more were founded because their founders had some problems which eventually generated anger in them.
But, this is not the case with relationships. Whenever you are angry with someone. You would have noticed that you were angry because the other person didn’t work according to your expectations. So, we can say that, to make relationships better, make your expectations to 1% (*1% is needed).
You mainly have two types of anger:
🥇Anger for Need: Whenever you get angry for something that you actually need but somehow it’s not with you. Eg: Brush
🥈Anger for Desire: Whenever you get angry for something that you don’t need but it’s your desire to get it. Eg: New iPhone
The whole post essence(summary) is that if you use anger properly, then only it’s good otherwise it’s maybe very harmful.
Whenever you think that you cannot solve your problems and escape them. It is called escapism.
