Brian Tracy is the author of up to 70 books, a world-class consultant, and much more. He has experience of more than 30 years of meeting Successful. So, it's worth taking his guidelines.
Brian Tracy says if you ask a Successful person, what to do for being Success. Many will answer that first write down your goals on the paper and then make a plan for achieving your goals and at last, take actions to accomplish them, every day.
Just Relax, let me tell you some research that was conducted by Standford University.
In research, they asked many startups whether they have made a plan for upcoming events.
50% said that they had made a plan. Rest 50% of startups said that they will do tasks, from time to time and didn’t make a plan.
But interestingly, in research, it was seen that those startups who made a plan were more likely to achieve success.
Surprisingly, those startups who made a plan didn’t even follow it. They just made a plan and forgot about it.
Conclusion: Just make a plan (because the process of making plans is more important than following them).
There’s a line that solves this subtitle.
If you want to eat an Elephant, just eat one bite at a time.
This means, that if you want to achieve your goals then cut them into phases. Eg: If you want to lose 6kg, then phase it by setting a goal of losing 0.5 kg in one month. * You can phase it ever deeper
🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊Congratulations, you have learned how to make goals and achieve them.
